Hello Mochi

Hello Mochi began as a small farmers’ market business born from a love of baking and sharing unique desserts with the community. What started with homemade mochi treats has grown into a destination for fresh mochi donuts and quality coffee in Edmonton.

Our donuts are made fresh daily using rice flour, creating a naturally gluten-free treat with a signature chewy texture. We make our glazes, buttercreams, caramel, and toppings from scratch whenever possible and prioritize real ingredients over artificial flavors and preservatives.

As a family-owned business, community is at the heart of everything we do. From supporting local schools and charities to partnering with local suppliers, we strive to create a welcoming space where great food brings people together.
